    1. The Match

    Available on Netflix: September 1

This Italian sports drama based in suburban Rome is about a young soccer player, his coach, and a transformative match on a dirt pitch in a struggling community. The Match follows the Champions’ League final match, where the results will decide many people’s fate.

    2. Freaks – You’re One of Us

    Available on Netflix: September 2

This is a dark superhero movie set in Germany, narrating the story of a mother with secret superhuman abilities that are getting suppressed by her prolonged medication for years. And she is definitely not the only one with the superpowers!

    3. Love, Guaranteed

    Available on Netflix: September 3

This feel-good rom-com is about Rachael Leigh Cook, a lawyer who takes on a new case from a client who wants to sue a dating website. As the case progresses, the two notice sparks flying between them, and their lives eventually take a romantic turn.

    4. I’m Thinking of Ending Things

    Available on Netflix: September 4

    5. So Much Love To Give

    Available on Netflix: September 9

This is an Argentinian comedy about a family man named Fernando, who finds himself in a soup once his long-held secret is discovered. He starts juggling between his two families, and to make things worse, both the families learn about the other one’s existence.

    6. Cuties

    Available on Netflix: September 9

Cuties came into controversy after the release of the promotional poster on Netflix that apparently “sexualized” children. The movie is about an 11-year old raised in a traditional Senegalese Muslim household who rebels against her family’s conservative values and joins an all-girls dance crew in her middle school. What happens when her family finds out, forms the crux of the movie.

    7. The Babysitter: Killer Queen

    Available on Netflix: September 10

The Babysitter: Killer Queen is the sequel of the 2017 movie The Babysitter that picks up two years after the first film’s events. Cole enters high school, and it is nightmarish for him as the forces of evil reappear to haunt him, which were summoned by his satanic babysitter two years ago.

    8. The Devil All The Time
